#5 is from Ian's new course at Laval; not sure which hole.

#10 is the 2nd hole at Brockville Country Club, Ontario!

#11 is the 18th hole at Calgary Golf and Country Club.

#13 is the 3rd hole at Jasper Park Lodge Golf Course.

#14 is the 3rd hole at Blackhawk Golf Club.

*I'm also guessing 26 is Hollywood, and 28 is Garden City.

52. 5th at Royal Melbourne West?

60. Looks like a par 3 on the front at Metropolitan, although I cannot remember which one.

71. That would be the 4th hole at Cape Kidnappers

76. Doral?

Yes, you're right.  For some reason I thought that hole was earlier in the round, but it's the 9th.

At the risk of looking like an idiot, here are a couple of guesses:

#8 is the 6th at Royal Montreal Blue
#9 is the 7th at Royal Montreal Red
#17 is the 5th at Laurel Valley

A few more:

#26 is the 7th hole at Hollywood, after Brian Schneider's bunker work.
#31 might be Plainfield [it's been many years]
#45 is Yarra Yarra - maybe the 1st hole?
#52 is Kingston Heath 7th, someone already guessed this
#71 is indeed Cape Kidnappers, the par-5 4th hole

64. Bonnie Doon GC #14 - my favourite green on the course.
76. Pretty sure this is Doral Blue Monster #2 - I have never played it but it looks familiar.

I think it has been said already - that's an amazing catalogue of courses (and countries) for one year. Sorry I missed you at the Doon, Mark.

Not too many remaining, but a few clues...

15. Tilly in PA

16. Restored Ross

21. Home of Ross' only punchbowl green?

23. Not Bayonne or Baltusrol, but another 'B' in NJ

27. Hopefully you get to play this course and not it's Palmer sister

32. It's not a Ross, but it's a Ross

38. Silva restored Ross

53. Am I the only one to have played this course... a course that is played only if you pass on a round at a world 100 down the road

63. The GCA Aussie contingent should be ashamed.

79. Hard Par, Easy Bogey, Jr

80. Funny, I always thought Uncle George had a hand in this one.  No more, it seems.

63.  The Lakes Golf Club - Hole 2

I'm pretty sure 43 should be Peninsula South #7, not Kingston Heath #11.

#43 is not 11 at Kingston Heath

It's Peninsula South 7th isn't it?

#63 looks like 2nd green at The Lakes?

Mark,

Ross built an excellent punchbowl green at Pine Ridge in Winnipeg at the 14th hole.  Two holes later, he built a biarritz!!  Both original Ross one-shotters that he inserted into a Bendelow routing.
