This is Tom's blog for those interested in his new golfing adventure. I have tried to teach him about GCA but he, like me, is a hard headed Irishman

A mighty ambitious itinerary.
All the way to the Shetlands, yet skipping Durness, all the way to Benbecula and skipping Isle of Harris
Given the sheer amount of courses, I'd say he should just focus on Scotland this time as he's missing quite a few, rather than an additional haphazard skip to three regions of England and a small hint of Wales(why venture all the way to the tip of Wales to play Holyhead and skip everything else?)

I am jealous though ;) ;D

Met him last year when he spoke at a PAGCS event.  Interesting guy with compelling stories.

I played with Tom several times at Notre Dame's Burke golf course when we were both students there. He is a great guy and a terrific storyteller. I have recommended or gifted his books countless times, and have been looking forward to his next effort. Thank you for sharing.

I first learned of Tom after walking around Mulranney 7-8 years and then reading his report of the course in the unlocked "cvlubghouse" after my tour.  His report was good enough for me to google him and read more of his stuff when I returned to civilisation, and some was very good  and some not so good.  I'll go to the link and see if he has improved over time.
