On the top100golfcourse website, there are no reviews and it's ranked 12th best in it's Country.
Planet Golf just ranked it the best course in this Country.
A course ranked 4th in this Country is listed in the Top 100 courses outside the USA.

Honestly, I can't tell much from an out of focus (on my computer) video.  It looks like a good course ... I would need to know a lot more to think it should go into the World Top 100.  It doesn't get any extra credit from me just because it's in Thailand; to date there is no course in Thailand that has even threatened to break into that ranking.

You are a principal at the software firm that makes the 3D viewing app and your post may be an attempt to create awareness for your product on a forum of passionate golf junkies. (Or get feedback.)
