Is it just me or did Bruce Williams not actually say anything in his article?

I respect Bruce, he was an excellent GCS for a lot of years, but that writing was an insipid evasion.

Not just you Steve, I thought the same thing.

 I think he did say that no one is qualified to criticize the guys responsible though.  Because they are really smart guys.
