   the entrance
  i. 1st tee
  j. #1 from about 180 yds
  k. approach to #1
  l. tee ball at #2 (left fwy bkrs are nasty)
  m. #2 fwy w/ green set in a small bowl beyond a rise
  n. the short 3 par 3rd
  o. tee shot at #4 - note the sloping fwy ( and wetlands right of the right fwy bkrs)
  p. 4th green
  q. tee shot at the par 3 5th
  r. sixth tee
  s. 6th green (extends left behind the large bunker)
  t. 7th tee w/ green at middle left and 14 green above and to its right

Richard

It was originally planned for the day before, but a double booking pushed it to Tues.  I originally wanted to start at 11AM on Monday.  I can put you in one of the early groups off.  Remember Golf isn't a matter of life and death, it is more important than that!

I am interested in attending this.

I really enjoy walking, and would love to play there. I went to the Senior PGA there in 2013, and it was great.

I may be up for this as well.  Looks like a great gathering!

I played Indianwood for the first time yesterday.  Wow, what a piece of land 30 miles north of Detroit.  The land reminded me of gentler version of the land Kingsley is on.  The course is most challenging off the tee, for the fairways are often narrow.  Also it is a course that one needs to play many times to learn a thing or two each round.  The greens are predominantly small circular with some good movement in them.  Lots of quirk out there with short holes offering options.  One needs to make up options with their own creativity.  Only 2 par 5's on the course.  Some improvements in angles and re-routing of small ponds would help.  Just a few minor tweaks, but I love this course and could play it everyday.   Some Penal holes with bunkers left and right of the tee equal distant from the tee box.  The greens took a beating this winter and hopefully will recover.  Looking forward to seeing you this fall at TWGS gathering at a special course.

Highly recommend trying to make this event.  Indianwood is a great "hidden" gem of a course

Indianwood (Old) really is a good golf course. True "hidden" golf course in the Midwest. It would be a worthwhile event for sure. Great land and setting.
