It looks like the stereotype pot users that are supposedly prevalent in skateboarding scene, and x-game types and surfing scene have taken the whole legalized pot everywhere and into the golf scene.  You'd have to be stoned to think this is viable and a great idea....

I grew up skateboarding (and still do when golf doesn't get in the way) and the last thing I want to do while playing golf is to ride something similar to a skateboard.
