« on: April 23, 2013, 02:35:43 PM »
Okay gentlemen that is US Open and fathers day weekend, telling you that up front.
The cost for one night at the Dunes condos and golf as much as you want on saturday $150 including taxes.
Price based upon occupancy of the condo with 4 people.
So time to garner commitments so that I can go ahead and book our condo's.
I am trying to line up a surprise guest golfer/architect/casual speaker for the Friday night sit around the fire and pre golf bullshit/beer drinking get together.

so let me know gentlemen...look forward to meeting you guys.

here is the course website.

I would up for this.  I wouldn't mind getting out to Crown Colony as well, but PD is certainly a fun day anytime.  Sorry to hear about your work schedule Mike.  Let's get together this spring and hit it around locally.

I wonder if the change to Father's day/US Open weekend has anything to do with the lack of buzz..

I'm setting my DVR for Saturday and I know who does and doesn't have kids in that group. It's okay, we have Greg to entertain us.

Since it seems we are having problems getting players would it be ok to start inviting from outside the group?

Get senior and I might be willing to pay the price at home for playing on that weekend.

Categorically more entertaining than watching Keegan Bradley step forward and then backward for five minutes anyway  ;D
Looking forward to it.

Young McBride plays a lot better these days.  Senior headed back to Victoria BC on 6/20 so will definitely not be there. But thanks!

The next GCA outing in Texas certainly needs to be more geographically conducive to the state's real treasure -- BBQ.

Lockhart and Lulling are only 30-45 minutes from Austin...
