Steve, i think you are being a bit grumpy! You are right it is convenient to put the architect up front - and I simply forgot to do that. But etiquette? I would like to think Arthur Hills is happy about the fact that i have drawn attention to his work - and been very friendly about it - and thereby improved the profile of an otherwise low profile course. It feels to me as if i am in credit rather than in breach?

Grumpy, grudgingly agreed.

I can't speak for Hills, but in my experience, while it's agreeable to have one's work appreciated, it's ever more so gratifying to have it credited.
