When a run of the mill restaurant swirls into a Yelp inferno, they general act quickly to stem the internet flaming. Of course GCA does not have the eyeballs that Yelp has. If in their shoes, I would act fairly quickly. I would not want my new business defined by this. Best to make a joke on yourself, say you are sorry and offer a $6 dog that looks exactly the same. I grew up in the restaurant business and I know just looking at the picture that at $6 the margin on each plate is still very healthy.
