Cotswold Golf w/c  01 October

I will be spending a week in Bibury following a wedding. If anyone is up for a game please get in touch.
No plans made at present but would be interested in playing some of:-

The Stranahan Course , at the Players Club Quite Possibly Monday AM

Minchampton.  My brother in law may bring his clubs. It’s 3 years since they last saw (intermittent) action and I can’t think of a course that better meets the interest of the two of us, anywhere.

Earlier this Year I also saw Painswick and Cleeve Hill. I would happily go back to both, but for some reason at the moment it’s the second that has slightly more appeal.
(There are tours of all the above on here somewhere).

Another contender. When driving round with Young Mr Stephens of this parish, he suggested the following as another worthy contender. £20 green fee. Does this area offer the best VFM anywhere?

Hi Tony, provided its nice weather I will play on the Monday with you on The Stranahan. Stinchcombe is very nice and well worth a play.
A combination of whats good for golf and good for turf.
The Players Club, Cumberwell Park, The Kendleshire, Oake Manor, Dainton Park, Forest Hills, Erlestoke, St Cleres.

Tony, let me know which day you plan to do Minchinhampton (which is quite close to me) and if the weather is bearable I will definitely join you.
