Awesome pics.  Had no idea that the hills were as high as shown in the middle pics.

Thanks for posting.  I never grow tired of looking at the Sand Hills of Nebraska.  What a special, serene place.

Gene - +1 on the Trappisters Rochefort.  Enjoyed many with my steak on Friday night!!

Jaeger - really looking forward to the pictures.  Have been telling people about it, but was an idiot and did not take any pictures myself.

Hike or motor to top of big horseshoe?   ;D

RJ - do you really have to ask that question of a guy that walked 100 holes in one day???

I am sure he motored his way up  ;)

Great pictures. I will try to get around to uploading some of mine this week.

I only have one question, and it's for Mac. In Eric's fourth to last pic, why is everybody standing around listening to me talk? I don't remember wearing jeans on the trip, either... Weird.

You're damn right about that iPhone camera, Jaeger! (It is now retired, btw.)

Here's one of my favorites from day 9.

Last year, when I told friends that I was driving from Philly to play golf in Nebraska (and South Dakota), I was looked at with that facial expression that you know implies, "Are you crazy?".

Honestly, I wasn't sure either, until I got there (I had only been on I-80 in Nebraska).  I'm now a total convert to the joys of Nebraska golf and her great people.

Thanks for the great pictures!

Yes, Michael, that stuff. Spicy, smooth but complex.

El Bogero, that Tennessee walker, will be disappointed I have switched my allegiance.
