He lacks your composure and obvious style, respectively. :)
I get it, you are mad at the world because you are an adult caddie and few people take you seriously.

Excellent spellers usually lack any vision or common sense.

I know plenty of courses that are in the red, and they are killing it.

Because he's a knucklehead.  Why is this surprising to anyone?

Mike,

I thought the same thing, however after hitting that tee shot I don't know that I'd want to attempt to hit it again.

That's a pretty challenging hole location.

Sometimes, in the heat of the moment, our thinking gets clouded.
His unplayable options weren't very good.

I love how the media, the media experts, anoint the winner
1.    Before the tournament
2.    After the first round
3.    After the second round
4.    After the third round
5.    All during the final round,

And NO ONE TAKES THEM TO TASK GOR BEING SO BLATANTLY WRONG

He'll be quoting Roberto DiVincenzo after this round.

Pat, agree that's a brutal hole location.  They used it in the second round two years ago but also moved the tee markers well forward so that the hole played around 160 yards.

Predicting winners in major golf tournaments is a crap shoot.  Especially lately, after Tiger's problems surfaced: since the 2008 PGA, there has not been a single repeat winner.  The annual forecasts are fun, but have almost no predictive value.

Was that outfit beige, tan, eggshell or taupe?

He made 6.

If he went back to the tee he makes 5 or likely 6.

I was fine with his decision, just didn't work out.

Seems to me pretty clear he should have gone back to the tee.  If he goes back he probably makes a 5, worst case a 6.  He was lucky that 6 wasn't a 7 or an 8.  He almost hit himself, twice, he could have easily skulled that flop shot off the hard pan over the green or plugged it in the bunker, and he made a great sand save...

1. I thought his decision to try and hit the shot from the bushes was the right play.  He's figuring he can advance it out in front of the junk maybe somehwere in front of the left bunker.  From there he'll be hitting his 3rd shot greenside instead of hitting 3 from the tee, 220 yds away.  It was a tough shot but he miss hit it which compounded his error. If he re-teed it, the best he can hope for is a 5 and could very likely make 6, I'm sure he thought he could make 4 or 5 by attempting that 2nd shot.

2.  I liked his outfit.  Looked to me to be a nice cream/beige ensemble.  Paired with the light brown croc belt & shoe combo...thought he was stylin'.  Would've looked great under a 4th Green Jacket.

He almost hit himself, twice.
The only person pleased with Phil's second and third shots on 4 were his wife, Amy.

Mickelson might have a secret love child, but at least he's no switch-hitter... ;)

I'm going to throw some of the blame on his caddy.  They spend 10 minutes from the middle of the fairway 180 yards out discussing what shot to play and then when Phil yanks one into the junk he seems to rush through his thought process.

Regardless the outcome on the 4th hole, he still had plenty of chances to make birdies and get to 10, even 11.  I thought his final blow was the tee shot on 16.
