Perranporth pictures? Paging Paul Turner

Does anyone have pictures of Perranporth? I saw from the directory @ http://delicious.com/golfclubatlas that Paul Turner had a course tour up, but when I went there, the pictures were not visible with the moved or deleted message from photobucket. I sent him a PM, but haven't heard from him in a couple of days.

I have been investigated the Cornwall area since Sean Arble put up his top 99 list. If I make it across the pond, I'm thinking that would be a good destination as it is known as a garden spot, which would provide diversions for my non-golfing wife.

Forget the pix and go blind.  There are so many blind shots at Perranporth that a preview won't matter.  Trust me, when a course the quality of Perranporth can't make my top 100 than you know its in good company.  Cornwall and Devon is imo the best place any England newbie can head for as its the best bang for the buck in the country.  Kent along with Rye is better golf and more consistent golf - I think the best in England, but it will cost more than twice as much per round.  Save your money as the golf in The West Country is plenty good enough for the likes of anybody and its a lot more beautiful.  Just be sure to avoid going there in the summer!  Go in Sept when the kiddies are back in school.

When you make your blind trip to the West Country, give me a shout - you can start or end at Burnham.  Also, don't make the mistake of skipping West Cornwall down near St Ives in Lelant.  The course is good and St Ives is a very pleasant town.
