Will, my FACTOR is 4.9, and is definitely subject to wild swings before the appointed date.  Since I live well north of Nor Cal and have a place in So Cal, I can fill in wherever.

Will,

The SCGA says I'm an 8.1, very suspisciuos! I take it we'll readjust only if the index goes up.

Two different threads with the same exact title(oops, an apostrophe difference). Let's keep this one going and let the other one drift down to page 2.

Kalen,

Dale Jackson is a big proponent of Rivershore.  I have only played the Dunes.

The Tobiano-Rivershore drive may be a little much mid day...

What course is the Dunes?

Google only puts the drive from Tobianno to Rivershore at 45 minutes or so.  A 8 AM tee time followed by a 2 PM time at Rivershore seems reasonable....

The drive may be less than I thought.

Kalen,

If you drive from Tobiano to Rivershore you are getting further away from Sagebrush. Rivershore is east of Kamloops, Tobiano to the west and Sagebrush is south of Tobiano about 45 minutes on the old Highway 5A.  You can save some driving if you go to Rivershore first.

Interesting, I hadn't looked north of the city on Google Maps.

I'll only have time for two rounds, and I'm pretty sure Tobianno will be one of them.  I guess I'll either play this one or RiverShore for the afternoon round.

Kalen, see my PM.

Rivershore, don't even think about going anywhere else.

I know people need to play Tobiano, and it is worth it, but Rivershore gets my vote for that area of the world.

Captaining the defending South team we have Mr. Peter Lavallee.

Could everyone pm me their index and also advise as to whether they have any past connection to the North or South.

13.1 going on 20.  Can swing from either side of the plate, so to speak.

Matthew,

Jesse used to be an active participant here. I had the honor of him attending a little GCA event I organized.

I'm signed up!?  Oh boy.  Bob, I'll call you this week.  I had forgot I signed up way back when and need to get you a deposit in that case.

On another note, anyone from Seattle down to carpool?  Leary?

*edit: Haven't kept my handicap in forever, but I'm about a 7.  I can be a 16 if someone wants to comp my trip and take my winnings  ;)

As a friend of Jordan on facebook...

I can verify he's not been playing much golf lately as he's been pre-occupied with other things!!!   ;D

So what are the rules for importing wine to Canada, and for bringing to Sagebrush for consumption?

It is the opposite of oil. I will check with Sagebrush when I am there next week.
