JB, that is awfully hard to answer. One would have to make a number of other assumptions. Most particularly, if one could afford to be in some favored "spot". One would have to assume that one has already seen most of the known world to make that decision with some validity. Who has? Also, one's age, physical condition, and if one even wanted to actually play golf every day...
I can see Chris's nomination for the Sand Hills region. I could personally see myself being able to afford that, and one can pretty much play there the better part of 8-9 months a year. Of course if price was no object, the whole Monterrey Penn and Santa Cruz region is pretty dern nice! I can only guess I'd really like the sand belt in Melbourne.
Given the whole exercise it too hard for me to make any definitive answer, I'll just stick with the little "spot" I occupy on the planet, and hope to visit the rest from time to time.
