I feel somewhat foolish in that I overlooked your post about having played Aspen Lakes, but I greatly appreciate your commentary.
We had a lot of fun with that one although it took forever to complete. I should also add that the construction budget was only $1.5 million for the eighteen now in play. We have another nine, but I think the developer is going to prioritize the permanent clubhouse before completing the 27 holes.
1.5? Not too shabby by today's standards, wouldn't you say?
There's an outside chance they may seriously consider another track across the road to the west, but I have doubts.
