They're both exciting, but in different ways.
The one's you see are great as you follow the ball's flight, and roll or bounce into the hole.
The blind ones are a pleasant surprise and there's an element of suspense as you think you've hit a good shot and maybe, maybe the ball is close or in the hole, so you're anxious to get to a vantage point where you can determine the outcome, and when the outcome is a hole in one, you're excited again.
