I agree with those who don't want to change the name from Barnbougle.  It's splendid, and I would drop the "dune" as well.

Thankyou for that insight Shivas, i won't go trying to transfer my business model to the US in a hurry then!

Fortunately it appears very likely that we'll be receiving our clearance to launch the Bonds, without any strings attached, by the end of the month.  The bonds are really the purchase of a season ticket- that last for 40 seasons.  They are not an investment instrument at all in the company, although I know many of the interested purchasers are expecting them to appreciate in value, and hence are speculating on the capital gain.  There is no dividend involved- except as you say the free golf.

The thing about all this is that throughout the last century so many of the world's finest golf clubs have been established by a group of golfers getting together, putting in funds and becoming founding members of clubs which can then attract other members.  In fact, as far as I know that is how all golf clubs started before this modern age of commercialisation of golf!

Bill, which airport is DIA?  Exactly how long flying times was that for each flight?

Greg,

According to the schedules LA to London non-stop is 10.25 hrs.  LA to Edinburgh is 13.5 hrs with a stop in London.  LA to Melb is  14 to 15 hrs depending on the wind.

DIA = Denver international Airport.

Gatwick to Edinburg was a 45 minute job and Den to Gatwick was 9.5 hrs.
