For those less inclined to tackle "this monster, this beast", there are of course rib eyes and filets of equal quality on the dinner menu.

That is a beauty!  I love red meat, but I have to try the Pork Chop and will have at least 28 ounces of something more liquid in me by the time dinner rolls around.  I have had the ribeye there, and it is very, very good.  Mac and Jaka had the chop, and couldn't resist telling me how much I missed out!
