Tim,

That's the one.

We played it as part of our public golf focus during this year's annual meeting in Denver
It will never be a GCA favorite, but I had lots of fun playing the course.

Ian,

Your comments give me some feeling of vindication.  I agree that Heritage at Westmoor will never be a GCA favorite, but I would argue there are several quality holes (nos. 3, 5 and 12 come to mind).  I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Best Course you have played in 2011: Dormie Club

Best Course you played for the first time this year: Dormie Club

Best Club in your area (within 30 miles) never mentioned in GCA: Irondequoit - contigous to Oak Hill - 9 by Ross and it's NEVER spoken of. Others are better but spoken of.

Best "Guilty Pleasure" course (course that is not great architecturally, but quite fun to play): Any par 3 course late in the day with a big group - think Blue Rock on the Cape - RTJ Trails Grand National - Shelter Harbor short course - all fit the bill

Course you most want to play next year: Devils Paintbrush

New year's golf resolution: Play with more GCAers

Best Course you have played in 2011:  Pasatiempo

Let me remind you that you played all the courses at the Bandon resort in 2011.

I enjoy(ed) it quite a bit as long as the planes aren't buzzing overhead.
