13 at Silloth.

In June I will be riding the first three stages of this year's Tour de France route for charity.  630km (394 miles) in three days, with 7800m (25,600 feet) of climbing for the William Wates Memorial Trust (https://rideleloop.org/the-charity/) which supports underprivileged young people.

Sorry Tom. There might not be water on the 8th hole but there are red stakes. I know. I have been in there twice in three times around the course. Not really something I want to admit given the location of the hazard.

Carl,

#16 at Pine Valley is a downhill par 4 with a cool green.  #15 is a brute par 5 with a forced carry off the tee over the lake.  #7 at Pine Valley however?  Certainly on your list.

Wow, you read my mind.

I stand corrected, thanks.
There are few great par 5's?? Meaning that there are even fewer great par's without water?

You have to look no further than the Sandbelt - KH + RM have some standouts though those at RM are more half par holes these days

Others that spring to mind =NSW 5th and Lost Farm 8th

If not great, at least good:

14 Pebble
1 and 17 Riviera
16 Olympic

Golf Mag rated one of the par 5s at Durban (#3?) as among the four best in the world.  No water there.  Think they also listed #6  at Carnoustie, Hogan's Alley, among the top 4 in the world.
