Here's the list I've come up with for the 1900-09 period.  Again, I'd appreciate any thoughts on additions to the lists, corrections to information noted or further information on other architects that may have participated in the design process

Flossmoor Country Club (1900) – Herbert J. Tweedie; Tweedie, H.W. Gentles, James S. Pearson (1901); Harry Collis (1918); Ray Hearn (2009) - [Course known as Homewood Country Club until 1911]

The list in the first post has been updated.

This group of courses has some obvious standouts from a historical perspective, including Oakmont, Pinehurst and Inverness.

Interested in hearing others thoughts on the remaining courses on the list and their place in GCA history.

I believe the correct date for Minikahda (note spelling) is 1899 -- and should be attributed to Robert Foulis, Willie Watson and Donald Ross (1916), with restoration/renovation (?) work by Ron Prichard about 10 years ago, maybe.

Interlachen (Willie Watson, 1909; Donald Ross, 1920) belongs in this decade's list.
