Brent,

I browsed through several of my go to websites today for books like this and Dr. Green's book was unavailable.  There were only 500 copies printed so unfortunately it may be a difficult and expensive get. Sorry I can't give you better news.

I hope you were able to purchase Mike Clayton's book.   It is outstanding as well.

Thanks Adam.  It was worth a shot.

Last week I was fortunate to play the courses of Royal Melbourne.  Of course this book was no longer available in the shop.  Does anyone know where one can be purchased?  Thanks

Brent,

The book run was about 500 copies.  I think at the time they were available from the Club and Dr Green himself.  Dr Green passed away about 2 years ago.  My guess is that your only change of picking up a copy is through the second hand market.  Otherwise, you could probably view library copies at the RM clubhouse, the Golf Society of Australia's library at Sandringham Golf Course or the State Library of Victoria.
