How much distance are you talking about? Because 18 at Pebble is 200 yards or so from 1. 18 at Naval Academy is about 200 from 1 as well. One of the Bryan Park courses in NC has at least 500 yards between 18 and 1. Is that what you are asking about?

Again, depending on the distance that you are talking about, Shinnecock ends several hundred yards from the fiirst tee. And Easthampton Country Club ends about 1000 yards and across the street from where it starts.
Pine Hills Country Club in Manorville also ends across the entry road and about 500 yards from the first tee.

Grey Rock (used to be Circle C) in south Austin is a really good public course that's very walkable expect for one problem. It's a 10 minute cart ride to the first tee. If not for this I think it would be one of the better publics in Texas.

MPCC Shore finishes a reasonable distance from the start.

It is well worth the extra walk.

I played the Country Club at Castle Pines once and I seem to remember starting in Colorado and finishing in Utah.

Cog Hill's Dubsdread and No. 2 courses (when the 19th is used for the latter) finish across the street and about 200 yards from where they start.

There is a fine Arthur Hills course in Kodak, TN called River Islands that finishes up along the banks of the French Broad. The first tee and clubhouse are maybe 3-400 yards away from the 18th green.
