Ok 'Snowta peeps, its time we get together and plan out exactly how we are going to victoriously represent MN in 2011 at the Midwest Mashie and other GCA get togethers we have planned this year.

Let me know if you prefer breakfast, lunch, dinner, what location, and what upcoming days/weeks/month is best for your schedule.

Also any of you guys living up in "Brauerville" and the northern lights area or there abouts that have plans to visit the TC area in the near future let it be known and maybe we can plan the event accordingly to include your presence.

Did you know World Woods has the best burger I've ever had in my entire life? I'm planning a trip back just for another one between rounds.

Patrick,

Count me in. Typically Fridays work best, but with some advance scheduling, I can work around it. Thanks for organizing this.

Location within the Twin Cities doesn't matter to me.

As of now, I'm pretty open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, mid-afternoon coffee, happy hour or dinner.

I say an after work gathering where people won't be as pressed for time.

As far as location, I'm up for whatever.

And when you say "an after work gathering" I assume you want to meet after a T-Wolves game right? :)

Works for me. Any day of the week. Any week except March 4 through 7.

I'm a recent transplant to the area -- would be great to get together and meet some GCA'ers. I work about an hour south of the Cities so a weekday lunch is probably out for me but unless I'm traveling I can probably make it any night. Looking forward to hearing about what's under all this snow!

If you move it to a real far southern suburb location, say DFW, then I'm in, too.

As soon as you send our North Stars back, we'll consider this request.

Alright boys, here's two dates to pick from:

Friday March 25th or Wednesday March 30th.

Location appears to be flexible for everyone so I will propose The Edina Grill  at 7:00pm (so Buck has time to drive up) since they have a menu full of variety and plenty of great beer on tap.

Feel free to propose a different venue if you feel so inclined.

Please vote for one of the two proposed dates, first date to 6 votes wins.

Wednesday March 30 works for me, too. I bet it's close between Buck and me for who gets a free beer for the longest drive.

Google says 70 miles for me from work --barring March going out like the a lion I'll be there.

You win, Buck. It's only 38 miles for me. But it will be quite a bit closer in terms of driving time. Not that I'm complaining. This wouldn't be happening if I had suggested Meister's or The Dock or the Mad Capper or Whitey's...

Alright guys looks like Wed. March 30th at 7:00pm is the winner. I will work on getting it setup with the restaurant and see about getting that back room semi-private.
