Only 2 dream rounds for me:

1) ENCC with Wyatt Holiday
2) Olympic Lake with the artist formerly known as Octo
You'd make a fine little helper. What's your name?

Playing some of the great courses of the Surrey Sandbelt later this month.

As for the rest of the year, wherever Jim Thornton decides to drag me!

I would like to catch up with some GCAers that I've played with over the last few years.

Same old same old...

Monday - Diamante
Tuesday - Bay of Dreams
Wednesday - Cabo del Sol Ocean
Thursday - Cabo del Sol Desert
Saturday - Cabo del Sol Ocean

That and another round of the same in two weeks should pretty much do it for this calendar year. Add those to the golf already played this year and I will have played 3x as many rounds by March 1 as all of last year.

Just got back from 2 days in LA

My next round may not be til June in New York
Then:
Ballyneal in June
Ballyneal in July (who's with me?)
A token round in Chicago mid-Sept
Ballyneal in Sept (who's with me?)

Somewhere in there (probably July), hoping to set the house record for most holes played in a day while raising some cash for the local golf team and CGA Evans Scholars.

You are a brave one - wouldn't it be better to do the marathon in June or September?

Prairie Dunes over the summer is in the plans, as well as the Prairie Club.  Maybe a stop at Dismal River to see what they have to offer if they'll have me.

Sort of a light schedule with a baby on the way, but I'm headed to Naples (Calusa Pines, Old Collier) in March, then Orlando (Country Club of Orlando) in April, Bandon in May, Crystal Downs in July and Prairie Dunes in August.

Mac, Let me know what your Oregon plans are.

For me:

First time at Old MacDonald in 10 days!
Western Washington this summer

Oddly enough, I've only got one trip planned at this point.  Ballyneal with the boys in July should be fun.  Other than that, I need to get on it.

I'm scheming to organize a trip to the London area heathland courses this summer.  I recently ordered the Masters of Design book on Colt and I want to play these courses!

So that's how it is?  Next time I'm eating Army issue lasagna I'll think of you at Laconda Verde.

By the way, what was your star 3rd baseman doing in enemy (Texas Ranger) territory yesterdayl?

Nettles was at the superbowl ????  Funny thing you mentioned Locanda Verde I was there few days ago and it was mmmm mmmm good !!
Army issue isn't that bad . Just sprinkle massive amounts of salt and pepper on it . Besides you dont know what good lasagna tastes like anyway .

Since I feel bad when you come back I'll treat you to a Epicurean tour of the city . The one's the tourists like you don't know about. You know when they don't take the local's advice and go to places like Tribeca Grill INSTEAD of place's like Locanda Verde .

Stay Safe !!

Ted, there is another thread on page 1 today about a tour of Colt courses a bit farther north of London in June with some of our very nice UK counterparts.  Check it out, you would be in some very good company!
