Golf in 3D - Today!

If you have a chance, take some time today to catch The Golf Channel's 3D presentation of The Sony Open.

I never really got the love for Raynor's Waialae CC.  But WOW - after seeing the 3D yesterday, I "got it".  '

Golf in 3D could revolutionize the study of golf course architecture - whether it's video or a photograph.  It's that good.

Hope you can enjoy it!  (it's on DirecTV channel 103, and also on many cable outlets)

Joe - absolutely!  We'll keep in touch - you get me a tour of Cobbs Creek, and you can watch 3D. 

By the way, I have it on my DVR, so it's available to look at any time.

For what it's worth, I didn't buy the TV for 3D.  It's a Panasonic VT25 with a fantastic 2D picture.  But my gawd - the 3D is pretty amazing.

Our 3D signal was out so I did not get it.  Hopefully there will be a replay.  Incidentally, this is a cool old aerial of the course from the club's website:
