portsea gc on melbournes mornington peninsula...im not sure if the sun ever sets there....first played there on a looong summers day...teed off at 4pm...couldve played 3 rounds the sun was that high....food first impression and has lived up to it every time

Royal County Down.  I know others have mentioned RCD, but 1-4 are about as good an introduction to a golf course as there is.

Mid Ocean Club --- I fell in love on the first tee. The opening holes are spectacular, taking you right to the ocean --- great shot values paired with wonderful views... mesmerizing and doesn't stop until you they serve you rum punch on the 19th...
