Mike,

I knew that Galloway National thread wasn't going to have a pleasant outcome.  ;)

 Bill,

I'm snowed in again and bored so I wanted to start a topic in the manner of Pat Mucci. We have just passed the record for snow in Philly for one winter!

Mike that is a tough question to answer and I think it all depends if you are favor Crane or Behr's side of the argument.

Re: Should a......frog keep a knife in his pocket to keep that snake off his ass?

Come on Mayday, haven't Wayne and I taught you anything yet? Of course the frog shouldn't keep a knife in his pocket; he should keep a .45 Colt in his waistband and another one strapped to his sock.

Actually, Mikey, for the frog using it is almost never the case and so the real answer you're looking for is a full understanding of Hackuna Matata.

 TEPaul,

I had lunch with Wayne just yesterday. He lured me into the Merion archives and had his way with me, architecturally , that is.

Mike

A little bit more respect for our other cousins The French, if you do not mind. I see nothing wrong in frogs legs or snails. Talking about snails met a few who take 6 hours to do 18 holes and sometimes I expect many would like to take a knife to them. Yet to call them snakes may also not be that wise. ;D

But then you are on GCA.com which shows that you have already thrown caution to the wing and not care, so reasoning with you could just be a total waste of time – nothing new there either. ;)

I jest of course 8)

Damn, Melvyn, you're a threadkiller. Why introduce politics and cartology into a perfectly excellent architectural topic?

Are you really fit to ask or answer this question?  How many times have you played the frog and in how many varying wind conditions?
I get it, you are mad at the world because you are an adult caddie and few people take you seriously.

Excellent spellers usually lack any vision or common sense.

I know plenty of courses that are in the red, and they are killing it.
