Anyone have any insight into Billy Fuller and his strengthes regarding golf course design and maintenance?

He did the latest round of work at my course home course (St. Ives).  I really like it and wondered if he was an experienced person or a newcomer or what.  Again...y'all will have excuse my ignorance.  But I would appreciate any insights, opinions, and knowledge about him or his work.

He was the architect of record for the recent renovation of Papago in Phoenix,frequently discussed here.

I logged on to his site.  Cool stuff!

I think he did a great job at my club and it will be fun to watch his business progress over time.
