Are there any holes at Aiken GC that are better than any holes at PD

Can you point to a hole at Aiken golf club and say that it is better than a particular hole at PD.

For example, #3 at Aiken is better than #18 at PD.

And futhermore, if no, how does your architectural evaluation of the courses affect your decision to play one over the other?

I thought #10 at Aiken stacks up pretty well with #12 at Pacific Dunes.  Both par 5s and I think a lot more going on at Aiken's #10 - especially with that fall away back right wing of the elevated green.

#17 at Aiken isn't far behind #1 at PD.

Having said that, how do you take the setting (cliffs above the Pacific Ocean) out of the equation?

Presumably, when evaluating the architecture qua architecture the visual surroundings would not necessarily come into play.  If they did, however, then my guess is that they would only affect those holes in which the cliffs above the Pacific Ocean were part of the hole.
