Hey...you say sorry about the crappy pictures on your blog.  Dude...those pictures are great.  The leaves changing colors...fall golf is spectacular.

Was that course hard to play?  Looks tight and requires precision.

Nice blog!

I just played there a couple of weeks ago.  The 11th hole is the tightest I have ever played.

Kenny,
I've always thought #11 was one of the strangest holes I've ever seen.  The fairway is what, 10 yards wide?

Dan,

I agree; I have never seen anything like it.  What did you think of it? I thought it was overrated; to be honest I was expecting alot more than I got.  For me it went downhill after #10.

Last May I started a little thread on Glen Mills, but it didn't get much action:

I think Glen Mills is fantastic.  The green site on 8 is maybe too severe, but the front nine is otherwise a wonderful set.

Towards review, it's important to note the concept behind the facility as well.  Helping kids by connecting them with the game is a fantastic use of resources.  I'm quickly willing to overlook the tiny, truly bizarre fairway on 11 to support the Glen Mills cause.
