Caption Contest - Not to miss!!!
« on: August 12, 2009, 01:18:58 PM »
Ladies and gents, its caption contest time. Since we haven't done one of these in a while, I figured we were due.

Extra bonus points to those who can pick which course this was....and massive bonus points to anyone who can pick the hole!!   ;D

Fire away!!!

The funny part is, the forecaddy and I were over near the green looking for my ball in the gunch so we weren't sure what was taking so long.  After a couple of minutes we wondered what happened to the other two guys and here comes Jim Franklin hobbling over with a bloodied leg and all.  I was like WTF?

After finishing the hole, we walk back over and find this...

P.S. And Jim still managed to get his ball up and down from the rough to save par and beat me on the hole!!   ;D

Amazing how far you skid after hitting a cow pie, isn't it?

Sigh...its true, I was over looking for my ball in the junk.  But then again if I was riding passenger, Jim would have gotten the double business.  Once when it flipped over and he hit the ground, and secondly when I would have landed on top of him!!!   ;D

I'm just glad to hear nobody got seriously injured.

Last Friday at Rancocas Country Club a 46 year old fellow died after falling out of a cart:

Joe,

I thought the exact same when I first realized what had happened.  No doubt the R in RCCC is there for a very good reason as there are lots of them around and they sure are big in size.
