Without being too specific given the private nature of the club and it's information, I'm hearing the original project & concept is back on track.  Great news for its members but a shame for public access to what looks like a great new C&C.

I Just have a feeling they may struggle a bit as a private club given the current zoning of the surrounding land. I seem to recall part being zoned R-5 and part being zoned R-10, meaning residential only, 5 and 10 acre lots. Thats a mighty big piece of land to have in a golf course community.
