I'm back. :-)
Have been away from golf for six months or so due to work and then surgery. I had a weight loss surgery called "Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy" back on October 8th and have lost 50 lbs so far and feel absolutely fantastic. Every single part of my life has improved drastically over the past several months, and the surgery was the best thing I have ever done for myself.
Started playing golf in late November, and my game is quickly rounding into shape and I look forward to the 2009 tournament season with much anticipation and excitement. Can't wait for the Kelly Cup at Lakeside this year.
Architecturally speaking, I did get to play the new Pechanga Casino course calldc "Journey," and I enjoyed it. Some really nice holes. Need to play it once or twice more to get a better impression, though.
