Personally, while respecting the qualities of many courses, I really don't go out of my way to play anymore.
BUT>>>I have a good friend who will fire off a late invite to join him at Cypress every so often.
It never fails to excite me, and actually will usually re inspire an all to often, missing golf game.
On these trips, I have played MPCC and Pebble, but nothing seems to get me in a "golf" mindset like CPC
Pat, how do you think the pros would score at CPC, if they still held the Crosby there?
Jim, pretty low. The last two times I played there I shot no gimme 66's. I would be pretty short by any tour standards, and with wide corridors, the par fives would get shredded. The greens, even in there "struggles" (by CPC standards

I would say though, that I would be very surprised that virtually the entire field would still prefer it over Poppy, not for the low scoring, but just because it IS Cypress.
As far as numbers go, probably see a good number of 64's, and some lower
