Jordan is correct that #3 is Aldarra.

Sahalee is interesting since with 27 holes for normal play one could finish with a par three depending on the rotation. The championship course that hole is the 9th.

Nchanga G.C.  in Northern Rhodesia, now Zambia their 9th hole was a 165 yard par three that I aced with a seven iron back in 1961. Peter Dobereiner rated the course the 8th best in the world outside the US. They say you cannot go back again but this is one trip I would like to make.

There is a Donald Ross-designed course here in Cincinnati, Maketewah Country Club, where the 9th and 18th holes are par 3s. I think Brad Klein said on this site a little while ago that it is the only Ross course to have both nines end with par 3s.

A few others that come to mind are
Carolina Golf Club
Capital City - Brookhaven (although this may have changed in the current renovation)
Caledonia
Homestead - Old
Woodberry Forest School course (only 9 holes, so this is technically the 9th and 18th)
Dunes Golf and Beach club
Jasper

One thing I have noticed is that when the 9th is a par 3, it tends to be very long and difficult (Caledonia would be the big exception).  Along with Yale, many of the ones listed above are fairly brutal.
