Historic Foulis Course in Danger

I drove by this course last Sunday and it was very strange to see overgrown greens and fairways.  James Foulis also helped design Lake Geneva Country Club which recently has been seeing some improvements from Dave Esler.  I'm not sure if Hillmoor was designed by James or his brother Dave.
