I can't wait for the Masters to get here.  Don't bash on the National, just enjoy (there are some neat old pix of the course):

PS - Yes, I am embarassed that I frequent youtube occasionally but then again, I am embarassed that I frequent this place sometimes too. :)

Brock,

The Masters always signaled the start of the golf season for me.

I love the tournament, the presentation and the wonderful golf course.

I can't wait for April

Just thinking of pimento sandwiches and cheap beer...ahhhhh. BTW, I don't know how many on this site visit the National every year, I would be there myself, I'd would work the tournament all week in high school...but I'll be caddying all week at Reynolds Plantation. If anyone's staying at the Ritz and playing golf during Masters, drop me a line. Be great to meet some of the writers/characters on here.

Great videos.... I love Augusta and the Masters as well and will have my DVD player running non-stop with highlight videos from the past 10 years for 2 entire weeks leading up to the tournament!  :)

If not for this site, who else would expose the disfigurement of this classic Mackenzie course?

Who else would expose the extreme conditioning which so many courses try (and fail) to copy?

I will be attending the Tuesday practice round this year and am very excited to examine the property!!  To myself and many here in the Midwest the masters is always a sign of the beginning of our season, and after the exhausting winter up here it will certainly be welcomed with open arms and dreadful rusty swings.  I personally love this tournament, it really is great to watch on t.v.  Ill be rooting for Mickelson per usual, screw Tiger and his Grand Slam!!!!!!  ;D

The Masters is also the begining of golf season for me as well. It is an almost spiritual week when the world stops except for golf.

My sentiments exactly, add in the beginning of the baseball season and this is my favorite time of year sports-wise.

GO HEELS!!!!!!
