St. Louis could be a sleeper-- though probably in the second ten.

St. Louis is a fine city with the exception of the $500 loss limit rule that gives the locals a huge advantage.

How about Philadelphia, MS as a sleeper pick?  I've never been, but I've read good things about the two Dancing Rabbit courses and it is co-located with a casino.  I'd guess the courses surpass anything at Tunica.  Anyone know about the quality of the poker here?
