To be honest, I think of a building like this, hard on the sea, a bit of a travesty. I prefer to see it set back from the sea bit. Also, if it isn't going to be used, I think it should be torn down because it is a bit of an eye sore. It may be a protected building - I don't know. Princes should have built something similar to the abondoned house rather than that monstrosity which claims to be a clubhouse at the moment.
In any case, I think Princes is a very good course. If you get the chance, play it. While you are there, see if the club would entertain the idea of opening a cool restaurant in the old house.
