If anyone knows about the London Hunt Club on this website, Mark, it's got to be me. My thoughts on it are all in the back pages.
London Hunt was the site of my greatest success as a golfer and I saw it every year in the same tournament and more for a lot of years.
They even kind of asked me to come back up there again a year or two ago to look at and talk about the things they were and are doing with the course.
It may be the first example, I'm aware of, of a middle modern era course that decided to restore as much as possible to the original.
So, what do you want to know about London Hunt Club?
I'll tell you one interesting trivia tidbit of London Hunt---it's the summer home course of Ed Ervasti, a guy who has apparently shot his age more than anyone else in history by perhaps a factor of about five. It can be documented that the man has shot his age or better over 3,000 times.
