Glenn,
Five, I believe and everyone of them is a good hole.
# 9 and # 10 are both over water.
# 10 cost me dearly in a qualifier when I thought I hit a perfect shot, only to have it splash in a watery grave.
# 2 is a long difficult, down hill par 3.
# 11 is a long, difficult, up hill par 3.
# 14 is a downhill par 3 over water, but, the water isn't that much into play. The original 14th green was to the right, and I beleive that it's still there, although, I don't know if they still play it on occassion. The new 14th green is to the left.
Bob Farrell, who used to participate on this site, is a member there. I know he was upset by the recent redesign of the golf course, which also had a collection of good par 4's with the 13th being spectacular.
If he's still lurking he could provide more in-depth analysis.
It's a fun course to play.
The 3rd hole is a double dogleg par 5 reachable in two, but, frought with danger.# 6 is a nice par 5, as is # 17.
# 16 used to and may still be a reachable par 5 on occassion, but, I think they changed it to a par 4 in light of the distance issue..
# 13 probably plays as difficult as the par 5's due to its length, some water far off the tee left, the uphill second shot, the deep bunkers, and the steeply tilted and contoured green. It's a great hole.
If I lived near it, I'd want to join it.
But, I can say that about a lot of golf clubs
