This actually seems about right to me -- for the first time in a while I think the GD folks got it right in Canada.

has anyone played Black Bear Ridge?  Know anything about Brian Magee? and how does that PAR 6 fit in?

I think Bond Head is better than Manitou, but it was not the strongest crop.

Brian Magee was the developer/architect, a chap from Toronto who designed and built the course.

I know the dollar has weakened but Canadian greens fees look like they've been Americanized.

That's golf in the Toronto area (including Muskoka), Cliff. Other parts of the country are comparatively reasonable.
