Pat,

I am sure someone will be able to do that for you, but the difficulty of the hole is at the green. Everyone has to figure out how to do it and then go play it. Sure, there are other difficulties along the way, but the greens the thing...

Pat,
What is the need for tee yardages?  They range between 400 to 485 yards.  As Jim just said as have the rest of us for countless posts, the difficultly of this hole is all set up by the green.

Can't say that I think it matters much, but here are the numbers:

Green    482
Blue      441
White    423
Red       418

Par 4 for the men, 5 for the women, #1 handicap hole for the men, #7 for the women.

I don't see how the hole played at 450 or whatever in 1994 - almost every source I have has it over 470.

You are probably correct.  I have a scorecard from a round I played there in 1993 and the back tee yardage was 467 yards.

Brutally tough green.  I've actually putted from 75 yards down the fairway with more sucess than chipping it.
