Is anyone familiar with this club in The Hamptons?  The aerial shows me some interesting  looks.  It is 9 holes on  very dear real estate.  I sure would like to know who designed it and any more info.  Thanks.

I have never even driven past it. Don't think there is much there beyond a fun with the kids course as many of the founding members of Kelly Moran's Laurel Links on The North Fork were/are members at QFC.

Please disregard Mike S's thoughts. Quogue Field Club is an absolute joy. It was originally an 18 holer, with 9 holes washed away by hurricane in the early part of last century. It has numerous quirky features, including an angled biarritz green, and punchbowl green. It is not a challenging course (though it can be tough with the wind up), but it is super long on charm.

I drove by it several times and it did look very interesting, but unfortunately never took the time to get a better look. It is on some unbelieavble golf land.

It's private, but not overly exclusive. It would make an interesting study one day after playing Westhampton CC.

Talking with Uncle George about it one time, I think he told me it was on the point

Pat - Perhaps Craig Disher still has the aerial that was posted in that thread.

The lost holes were to the right of the current course extending Southeast. There was more land, I believe, before the '38 Hurricane washed much of it away.
