From KETV in Omaha, not very riveting, but gives us a glimpse.

Jason, Thanx so much. I've only been hearing tibdits from the few who know about what's happening up there.

I did call there Saturday, but have yet to hear back.

The video clip looked very good.  It was a nice report.

I wonder who they are going to get to run the Italian restaurant?  Ironically, I whipped myself up a little create as you go pasta dish tonight... all fresh things from the garden.   ;) ;D

Adam,

Let me know if they ever get back to you.

RJ,

They could get the Egyptian guy from Cozad to run the restaurant!

Jason, what do you think the odds are that of the 793 souls that live in Hooker county, one of them knows how to brew up a pot of red gravy and roll some meatballs?

RJ,

I bet we could do one heck of a restaurant together.  Maybe we could get Joe to come over once a month for an open mic night ;D

Slim to none, but they could probably work in the bowling alley.

Jack's comment about golfer's punishing themselves NEEDS  to be scrutinized.

I'm not sure he meant in anyway insulting, but for some reason, I was.

Adam:

I had the PLEASURE in playing Dismal River the other day and the course is extremely well done -- I will post specifics under a different thread heading.

The layout has the elasticity to handle all types of different players. The key is for those playing the course to understand their own limitations. Once they do that -- the design will speak for itself.
