I plan to play The Black as well as another of the courses near the end of August.  I was hoping that those who have been might be able to offer advice on the following questions?

1.  How tough is it to get on The Black?  
     a.  During the week?
     b.  During the weekend?

2.  How tough is it to be off early in the morning?
     a.  What about the first group off?

3.  What is the next best course(s) to look at within the       facility?  
     a.  Are the tee times at these courses easier to get?
     b.  Are there any to avoid?

4.  Any other advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

It's a piece of cake to get a walk up time on the Black during the week if you are in the parking lot by early afternoon the day before.   I suggest going with a foursome and taking turns waiting in the car, you all don't have to be there until about 4:30 a.m. if memory serves me right.
