Good New Web Mapping/Aerial Option - local.live.com

Came across a pretty good new Microsoft mapping site:

It is still in Beta, but it appears as though the zooming option is superior to that of Google Earth.

Sorry if this has been discussed already; I know how early in the morning you have to wake up in order to scoop Scott Burroughs, particularly in all things aerial.

Will keep an eye on it, but right now it appeared limited in functionality compared to Google Earth.  I can look into my backyard with Google...."hey pale guy put a shirt on"...but no such luck with Windows.

Thanks for the heads up, although I haven't found any new coverage on local.live.com that isn't covered elsewhere.  Darn that copyright, too.   :)

I haven't exactly been looking for any new stuff in some time and haven't been on here much for several months.  Glad to be back occasionally, now.
