Monterey GC in Tamarac, FL

Is anyone familiar with the Monterey Golf Club in Tamarac, FL?  It is a public course that the city of Tamarac is considering buying.  My sister is the public information officer for the city and asked me about it, but I can't find much about it on the web, which seems to me to be a pretty severe red flag!

AG,
There probably's not too much to find out, it's an 18 hole executive length course.

Jim,
Thanks for the info.  Have you played it, or seen it recently?  Given the executive length, how is it for conditions, price, amenities, etc.?

AG,
I brought my brother-in-law there, many years ago, for his first whack at golf. I really don't remember too much other than some good laughs the two of us had.
